I’m not a golfer myself so have no clue how this works. . . BUT I got it for a friend who plays a couple times a week. Before he started using it he sporadically shot in the 80’s. . . but since he’s been working with it he’s in the 80’s consistently and could not be happier. He said it was the only training aide he ever used that really delivered on it’s promise and he said it was super simple to use.
